Billyard Insurance Group is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative at our Georgetown location. This position is ideal for candidates with a sales background who are looking to grow within the insurance industry.

The Role

As the first point of contact for existing clients, you will be responsible for answering inbound calls, accessing carrier portals to process service requests, and contacting clients regarding policy renewals and additional coverage options. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. As an independent brokerage, we work with 30+ insurance carriers to find the right coverage for each client. At our Georgetown office,



you will work alongside experienced advisors in a small team environment with flexible scheduling, direct mentorship, and opportunities for long-term career growth, including full time positions and broker licensing. Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Canadian work experience

Strong professional English communication skills (verbal and written)

RIBO license strongly preferred

Sales background or aptitude preferred

Fluent in Hindi and/or Punjabi (alongside English) to service our client base

Comfortable working with online portals and general office technology

Reliable, organized, and client-focused Compensation & Schedule

20 hours/week guaranteed, across 4-5 days

$18/hr

In-person at our Georgetown, ON location
