Customer Service & Technical Support Coordinator

We are a technology integration company specializing in low-voltage, communication, and life-safety systems for senior living and long-term care communities. We design, install, and support systems including nurse call, telephone, access control, CCTV, Wi-Fi, and resident safety technologies.

We are seeking an organized, dependable, and customer-focused individual to join our service and support team. This role will be responsible for receiving customer service requests, gathering the necessary information, scheduling and coordinating technicians, and keeping customers informed throughout the service process.

The successful candidate will manage multiple service calls and priorities, maintain accurate records, follow up on outstanding issues, and work closely with customers and our technical team.



The role will also involve learning basic technical support and troubleshooting protocols, allowing some issues to be resolved remotely or properly assessed before dispatching a technician.

Strong communication, organization, computer, and follow-through skills are essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace, able to prioritize urgent service issues, and confident communicating with customers by phone and email. Basic QuickBooks experience, administrative experience, and familiarity with service scheduling software would be considered assets.

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
