We're looking for a detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our Operations team in Hawkesbury. If you enjoy working with inventory, solving discrepancies, and maintaining accurate stock records in a manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.

About the Role

As a Cycle Counter, you will play a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production by performing scheduled cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and ensuring inventory transactions are accurately recorded in our ERP system.

Your work will directly contribute to production efficiency, inventory integrity, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform scheduled cycle counts accurately and on time.
- Verify inventory quantities and investigate discrepancies.
- Enter inventory transactions into the ERP system, including issues, transfers, adjustments, and corrections.
- Reconcile physical inventory with system records and document variances.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams to resolve inventory issues.
- Investigate inbound and outbound inventory discrepancies and support root cause analysis.




- Prepare inventory reports using Microsoft Excel and internal systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory documentation and support continuous inventory improvement initiatives.
- Participate in physical inventory counts and support general warehouse operations when required.
- Follow company safety, quality, and inventory control procedures.

What We're Looking For

PreRequired Qualifications

- Previous experience in Inventory Control, Cycle Counting, Warehouse Inventory, Materials Management, or Logistics.
- Experience working within a manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environment.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Comfortable using ERP or inventory management systems.
- Positive Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in aerospace or another regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience with inventory reconciliation and stock adjustments.
- Forklift certification (asset).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement principles.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
