You will own end-to-end consumer journeys from marketing and acquisition to conversion and retention, measuring growth, profitability, and operational excellence across a cross-functional team. You will partner with marketing, product, credit, and technology to deliver a cohesive, high-performing engine focused on lead quality, conversion, and lifetime value for Canadians.
