Join our dynamic team as a Dairy Farm Worker and become an essential part of a thriving agricultural operation dedicated to producing high-quality dairy products. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work outdoors in a lively farm environment, contributing directly to the care and management of dairy cattle. We value motivated individuals who are eager to learn, work efficiently, and support the daily operations of a busy farm.

This paid position provides hands-on experience in farm maintenance, animal care, and machinery operation, all within a positive and supportive team setting.

Possible Duties

- Assist with the daily feeding, watering, and health monitoring of dairy cattle to ensure their well-being and productivity
- Operate farm machinery such as milking equipment, feed dispensers, and cleaning tools safely and efficiently
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and farm infrastructure to keep operations running smoothly
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks involving feed bags, supplies,



and equipment with proper technique to prevent injury
- Maintain cleanliness of barns, milking parlors, and surrounding areas to uphold hygiene standards
- Monitor animal behavior and report any signs of illness or distress to farm management promptly
- Support in pasture management, fencing repairs, and general farm upkeep as needed

Qualifications

- Mechanical knowledge or experience with farm machinery is highly desirable for safe operation and troubleshooting
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining high energy levels
- Basic understanding of animal care practices is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety and cleanliness
- Prior experience on a farm or with agricultural equipment is beneficial but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key
