From the creators of JUNO-nominated Girl Pow-R (www.girl-pow-r.com), we are embarking on the next phase of our journey to build confidence, experience and top-notch talent. We are looking for teachers with spark, and who also have a repertoire of tools to help performers become even better!

As part of our POP STAR PERFORMANCE ACADEMY, teach dance, guide students in singing and acting, and build their stage performance skills as they prepare to perform across the province and in POP MUSICALS!

We will train you and provide you with everything you need to succeed as a teacher!

Do you love to perform, or teach others to perform? Do you want to be part of a game-changing approach to the music industry, combining your dance training expertise while the girls sing?

We are taking a holistic approach to cultivating the next wave of performing and vocal talent, helping everyone become stronger, more independent and more confident in following their personal passions.

You are a qualified dance instructor, with some vocal or musical theatre experience, dedicated to nurturing and teaching top-notch talent.

You know how to teach choreography, clean it up, perfect the timing and formations, and help each performer bring confidence and personality to the stage.



Our core choreography is created for the Pop Star Performance Academy so that performances stay consistent across our locations. You will bring your own teaching skills and experience to refining the choreography and helping the students perform it at their very best.

Most of all, you have the SPARK to grow and develop others, and help us all realize the dream of empowering young girls to make a positive change in the world. We are focused on young artists ranging from ages 2 to 20.

The end result of their training may be that they form into various bands and perform across the country and around the world, representing the JUNO-nominated Girl Pow-R band.

We train our students in “everything” they need to know to succeed in the entertainment industry, and to do it while dancing and singing on stage, acting in a POP MUSICAL, playing an instrument and totally wowing the crowd!

Our core values are about empowering a self-reliant attitude among our students, helping them develop the confidence and ambition to share their unique gifts with the world. We support them in being positively assertive to achieve greater good for everyone, while also celebrating each person’s individuality.

And, most importantly, we train and support our artists in giving back to others through social causes, reaching out to support people and being a catalyst for a better world.

Our message is that by “just being you”, through hard work and dedication, “you can do what YOU want to do” and succeed.
