Serve as a Pilot in Command for aerial firefighting missions in the Dash 8-300. Ensure operational excellence and safety across international firefighting bases. In this role, you will command the Dash 8-300 fleet on vital firefighting missions.

You will set safety standards and make real-time risk-aware decisions while leading a multi-crew operation. Execution of regulatory compliance and thorough pre/post-flight inspections will be essential parts of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

- Command aerial firefighting and support missions
- Lead comprehensive mission briefings and transparent roles
- Plan missions with a focus on compliance and safety
- Coordinate effectively with air attack and maintenance
- Manage emergency procedures per SOPs and regulations Requirements:
- 1500 flight hours total required
- 500 hours as PIC needed
- 250 hours on Dash 8-300 preferred
- CPL with IR and ME license required
- Must hold a Class 1 medical certification Demonstrate your strong leadership skills and technical expertise to enhance operational safety and mission success.
