The Role:

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant to support our office operations. The ideal candidate will have strong clerical skills, should be tech-savy, and be proficient with office software.

What you’ll be doing

- Enter driver timesheets, load tickets, and dispatch information into company systems.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Organize and file digital documents, including scale tickets and customer paperwork.
- Match supporting documents to invoices and internal records.
- Assist with weekly invoicing preparation.




- Maintain spreadsheets and update company databases.
- Communicate with dispatch, drivers, and office staff to resolve discrepancies.
- Provide general administrative support as required.

Who we’re looking for:

- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of data.
- Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous data entry or administrative experience is an asset.
- Experience in transportation, construction, or logistics is considered an asset but is not required.

Pay: $18.23-$21.00 per hour
