Responsibilities

Work across multiple client data environments to design, develop, and deploy modern data and AI solutions

Design, build, and maintain CRM databases, customer data models, and data pipelines using Microsoft SQL Server, Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360), Python, and other technologies

Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models and neural networks to predict customer behaviour and optimize marketing strategies

Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and interactive data visualizations that transform data into actionable business insights

Design and maintain ETL/ELT processes to ensure reliable, accurate, and timely movement of data across platforms

Document database structures, data pipelines, machine learning models, and technical processes





Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex data, analytics, and marketing challenges

Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI, machine learning, and data technologies to improve solutions and processes Education and requirements

0–3 years of professional experience

Experience with SQL and relational databases

Experience with Python and object-oriented programming

Experience developing or training machine learning models

Understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT processes, and database design principles

Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360) is considered an asset

Experience with Git or other version control systems is considered an asset

Robust analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
