The Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and professional delivery service while maintaining positive customer relationships. This role ensures the accurate delivery of products in excellent condition, compliance with transportation and health & safety requirements, proper care and maintenance of company vehicles, and effective communication with internal teams to support operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Deliver orders to customers and stores in a protected, efficient, and professional manner using a company refrigerated vehicle.

Verify delivery accuracy and ensure products are delivered in excellent condition.

Follow quality control standards and customer delivery instructions.

Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional appearance and representing the company positively.

Comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and health and safety procedures.

Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain delivery vehicles in a clean, organized, and roadworthy condition.

Troubleshoot and report vehicle, product, or delivery issues as required.





Ensure delivery vehicles are properly stocked with required tools and materials.

Assist with loading trucks and perform deliveries in varying weather and temperature conditions.

Collaborate and communicate with Logistics, Order Fulfillment, Customer Service, and management teams regarding daily delivery activities.

Support a safe work environment and perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

2 to 5 years of delivery driving experience.

Valid G Driver's License and acceptable Driver's Abstract.

Air Brake Qualification is considered an asset.

Ability to safely lift and move 30 to 50 lbs.

Solid customer service and communication skills.

Self-motivated, reliable, and accountable work ethic.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and schedules.

Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety, quality, and professionalism.
