About the role

VSRL Logistics is hiring disciplined, reliable cargo van drivers and subcontractors for daily routes across Ottawa and surrounding areas. This is performance-based work — the more stops you complete on time, the more you earn. If you're punctual, qualified, and have your own cargo van, we want to hear from you.

What you'll earn

- $3,000–$3,200 bi-weekly
- Reliable bi-weekly pay — consistent deposits, no chasing invoices
- Earnings scale with performance — more stops and on-time delivery mean more money

What you'll do

- Start your route between 6:00–7:00 AM
- Complete assigned daily delivery routes
- Finish business deliveries before business closing hours




- Represent VSRL Logistics professionally on every stop

Who we're looking for

- Disciplined, efficient, and punctual
- Reliable and ready to work in all weather
- Physically able to lift heavy items

Requirements

- Full G driver's license
- Clean driver's abstract
- Smartphone with data
- Own cargo van (Ford Transit, BrightDrop, RAM ProMaster)
