We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Receptionist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and positive attitude.

Duties

- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and qualified manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
- Provide clerical support including data entry, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Assist with client inquiries and provide support to clients as needed.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.

Skills





- Proficient in office administration with strong organizational skills.
- Experience with dental software programs
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with dental office operations is required.
- Comfortable using computer systems for various administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
