Full‑Time Receptionist – Pediatric Dental Office (Mon–Thur, Alt Fri, No Evening Hours)

We are a well‑established pediatric dental practice looking for a full‑time receptionist to join our front‑desk team. You’ll work Monday through Thursday, alternate Fridays, no evening hours, alongside one other receptionist in an setting that’s friendly, steady, and focused on providing a positive experience for every family who walks through our door.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Greeting children and families with warmth and genuine care
- Booking appointments thoughtfully, with an understanding of the overall schedule




- Communicating treatment plans clearly and kindly
- Using Abeldent confidently (required)
- Handling constant multitasking in a smooth, organized way
