Capital Hyundai is hiring an Auto Detailing Lead. The primary function of this position is to lead the day-to-day operations of the detailing department while ensuring all vehicles are cleaned and prepared to Capital Hyundai standards. The Auto Detailing Lead will support the team by coordinating workflow, maintaining quality standards, and assisting with detailing duties to ensure vehicles are delivered in excellent condition.

A Day In The Life…

- Lead and support the detailing team in daily operations.
- Perform interior and exterior detailing on new, used, and customer vehicles.
- Complete final quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet dealership presentation standards.
- Prioritize and coordinate the daily detailing schedule to meet customer and dealership needs.
- Train, coach, and support team members on detailing techniques, quality expectations, and safe work practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe detailing and wash bay.
- Monitor detailing products and equipment, reporting supply or maintenance needs as required.
- Safely move vehicles throughout the dealership and lot.
- Report any vehicle damage or concerns to management.
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other duties as required.

What We Require From You…
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of automotive detailing experience.
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean Driver's Abstract.
- Record of Conduct.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for extended periods.
