Job Title: Digital Health Project Lead

Employment Type : Contract

Duration: December 2026 (Possible extension)

Location: Primarily Remote (Nova Scotia) – Occasional onsite meetings as required

Required Experience:

- 5+ years leading complex Digital Health, Healthcare Transformation, or IT projects
- Solid stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Experience with workflow/process mapping and current/future-state analysis
- Project planning, governance, risk management, and reporting
- Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills

Preferred:

- Digital Health or Healthcare experience
- Health system transformation
- Strategic planning and service design
- Public sector or healthcare organization experience
- PMP certification
