What you’ll do

- Plan, run and optimize multichannel campaigns across SEO, email, LinkedIn and paid media to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Manage website content and organic-search performance while maintaining clear positioning and strong technical quality.
- Set up and manage Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns and measure spend against sales-pipeline results.
- Produce and coordinate case studies,



white papers and social content that explain the business value of complex security work.
- Report on engagement, qualified leads and return on investment and use the data to improve performance.

What you bring

- 2+ years in B2B digital marketing, ideally in tech, SaaS or security.
- Hands-on with SEO, email automation, Google Analytics and LinkedIn/Google Ads.
- Solid writing and visual judgment, with the ability to make technical topics clear and accessible.
- Self-directed and organized, with the ability to manage channels end to end.
- English fluency; Latvian a plus.
