Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations, ensuring all areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, supporting the kitchen team in a fast-paced setting
- Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure compliance with sanitation regulations




- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping floors, and disposing of waste appropriately
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service periods
- Adhere to all safety protocols related to food service, cleaning chemicals, and equipment operation

Experience

- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality workplace is Must.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and food handling practices is advantageous
- Familiarity with kitchen operations or cooking processes can enhance your effectiveness in this role
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure are essential qualities
- Prior experience in hotel or food service industries demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced settings
