Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driller Helper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will assist experienced drillers in setting up, operating, and maintaining drilling equipment for various projects. Your energetic attitude and willingness to learn will contribute to the safe and efficient execution of our drilling operations.

This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the geotechnical and environmental drilling while developing valuable technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Assist drillers with the setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment on-site
- Support in handling tools, materials, and supplies necessary for drilling operations
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all phases of drilling activities
- Help maintain equipment by performing routine inspections and minor repairs as needed




- Follow directions from senior team members to ensure project timelines are met efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work setting at all times

Skills

- Mechanical knowledge with an interest in learning drilling equipment operation
- Construction experience or familiarity with industrial work sites is a plus
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or experience with commercial driving preferred
- Basic understanding of drilling techniques is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong teamwork skills, safety-conscious mindset, and eagerness to learn new skills
