What You'll Do You’ll have the fulfilling opportunity to make a real impact in our clients’ lives, providing short‑term counseling when they need support most. Our technology tools will enable you to reduce your administrative tasks so you can focus on what truly matters: fostering meaningful human connections. You will develop your clinical skills while working with a diverse and stimulating client base.

You will rely on the generosity of your team and benefit from peer group expertise and online training to deliver the best service.

How You Will

Make an Impact - Adapt your interventions to fit your personal style, providing short‑term counseling to a varied client base with diverse issues;

- Efficiently manage administrative requirements using clinical templates and technology tools that simplify note‑taking;
- Participate in team meetings and peer groups where open discussions are encouraged.

What You

Bring - Comfortable with a diverse client base and skilled in brief interventions;

- Proactive, resourceful, and organized, valuing collaboration with colleagues;
- Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in mental health or a related field;




- Registered member in good standing with the OPQ, OTSTCFQ, OPSQ or OPPQ;
- At least five years of clinical experience;
- Can set short‑term goals and use a solution‑focused approach;
- Empathetic and able to manage crisis or high‑risk situations;
- Strong time management skills and able to manage a high volume of clients;
