OFull-Time Early Childhood Educator Level 1 and 2

Red Deer Child Care is looking for a passionate and caring Early Childhood Educator Level 1 or 2 to join our team full-time. What You'll Do

- Provide quality care and supervision for children in a licensed early learning environment.
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's development.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere for children and their families.
- Observe children's interests and development to create meaningful learning opportunities.
- Encourage positive behaviour through consistent routines and nurturing interactions.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive team of educators.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom while following licensing regulations and centre policies.

Qualifications
- Alberta Early Childhood Educator Level 1 Certification.
- Current Standard First Aid & CPR Certification.
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check (issued within the last six months).




- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Previous experience in child care is considered an asset but is not required.

Job Type: Split Shift up to 6.5h daily.
