Responsibilities

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards, focusing on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities, by adapting activities and providing individualized assistance
- Foster effective communication with children to promote language development and social skills
- Collaborate with colleagues and families to monitor progress, share insights, and develop tailored support strategies
- Incorporate educational activities that enhance skills in areas such as math, literacy,



and problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of children's development, attendance, and classroom activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in an early childhood or preschool setting is highly preferred
- Demonstrated experience working with individuals with disabilities or special education needs is advantageous
- Classroom experience that showcases your ability to manage a agile learning environment effectively
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with children, parents, and team members
- Background in early childhood education or related certifications/licenses required for the role
- Experience in tutoring or teaching math concepts to young learners is a plus
- Knowledge of best practices in special education and inclusive teaching strategies
