We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (ECE) to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant educational environment. Duties

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote early childhood development and learning outcomes
- Create a protected, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Support children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities or special education requirements
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding children’s progress, behavior, and developmental milestones
- Manage classroom routines, including transitions, meal times, nap times, and activities with strong organizational skills
- Use computer skills to document student progress, maintain records, and prepare educational materials
- Lead activities that foster social skills, creativity,



language development (English and French), and emotional regulation

Requirements

- Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings or similar environments
- Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in childcare and special education
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is highly preferred to support diverse language needs
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners
- Ability to operate computers and educational software for documentation and lesson planning purposes
- Classroom experience demonstrating leadership, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is an asset
- Passion for teaching, nurturing young minds, and fostering inclusive learning environments
