Overview The Edmonton Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations — from procurement and scheduling to quality control and customer service. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Branch Manager also plays a key leadership role in driving growth, maintaining profitability, and representing the company’s values in every customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Project Management

· Manage procurement for the Edmonton branch, including sourcing and purchasing materials for upcoming shop projects.

· Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure efficient workflow and on-time completion.

· Coordinate deliveries with third-party carriers for customer orders and inter-branch transfers.

· Conduct quality control checks and perform final inspections on completed projects before delivery to ensure compliance with company standards.

· Maintain organized records for project timelines, material orders, and delivery schedules.

Customer Service & Sales Support

· Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.

· Address all inbound operational and sales-related communications for the Edmonton branch.

· Support the needs of walk-in, call-in,



and email customers by providing accurate information, quotes, and assistance.

· Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.

Branch Growth & Leadership

· Monitor and improve branch performance metrics, focusing on sales growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.

· Lead initiatives that contribute to the overall growth and health of the Edmonton branch P&L.;

· Foster a positive team environment through collaboration, communication, and accountability.

· Identify and pursue recent business opportunities and local partnerships to expand the branch’s market presence.

Skills & Qualifications

· Proven experience in branch or operations management, ideally in manufacturing, equipment, or construction-related industries.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Knowledge of procurement, scheduling, logistics coordination, Sales and quality control processes.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.

Pay: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate

- St. Albert, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
