We're looking for an exceptional educator to grow with us.

We are seeking an experienced Nail & Esthetics Educator to join our team full-time. This is an exciting prospect for an accomplished industry professional who is passionate about education, technical excellence, and inspiring the next generation of beauty professionals.

More than a teaching role, this position offers the opportunity to help shape, develop, and expand Structured's education platform as we enter our next stage of growth.

As a Nail & Esthetics Educator, you will deliver engaging, elevated education rooted in strong technique, industry knowledge, professionalism, and exceptional client care.

You'll work closely with the Structured and Lunula teams to strengthen existing programs, develop new educational offerings, and create learning experiences that prepare students to thrive in today's evolving beauty and wellness industry.

What You'll Bring

- 10+ years of professional industry experience in nails and/or esthetics
- 5–8 years of teaching, training, or education experience
- Strong technical knowledge and a commitment to industry-leading standards
- European manicure experience is an asset, but not required
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- A natural ability to mentor, inspire, and build confidence in others

- A growth mindset with the desire to help build and expand a developing education brand

What You'll Do
- Deliver engaging theoretical and hands-on nail and esthetics education
- Mentor students through technical development and practical application
- Support curriculum development and the evolution of Structured's educational programs
- Introduce current techniques, products, trends, and industry best practices
- Maintain exceptional standards for sanitation, professionalism, technique, and client experience
- Help develop workshops, advanced education, and continuing education opportunities
- Collaborate with the Lunula team to identify opportunities to expand Structured's reach and impact

Pay: $28.00-$37.53 per hour
