Reporting to the EHS Director, the EHS Advisor focuses on training staff in various safety protocols, conducting site inspections, and coordinating key workplace plans. You will contribute to a safe working workplace while developing your career in a well-respected company. Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate health and safety orientation for employees
- Train staff on safety manuals and emergency responses
- Conduct workplace inspections and behavioral observations




- Develop emergency evacuation and traffic control plans
- Promote safety systems to clients and stakeholders Requirements:
- At least 3 years in Health and Safety within construction
- Strong knowledge of Ontario's occupational safety regulations
