Our client is currently looking for highly experienced Electrical Engineering professionals to provide subject matter expertise and technical support across complex engineering projects. This remote opportunity is suited for individuals with a strong background in electrical systems, power infrastructure, and industrial energy environments.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting electrical equipment and systems within utility, power generation, nuclear, or other highly regulated industrial sectors. This role will involve providing technical insight, reviewing engineering challenges, and collaborating with project teams to support successful project delivery.
Required Technical Experience May Include:
- Electrical protection systems, relay applications, and coordination analysis
- Medium and high-voltage power distribution networks
- Power transformer systems, testing,
and performance considerations
- Substation and switchyard engineering activities
- Electrical aspects of rotating machinery, including motors and pump systems
- Industrial equipment systems, including valves and associated controls
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Significant industry experience in electrical engineering, power systems, or related technical roles
- Proven experience supporting large-scale industrial, utility, or energy projects
- Robust ability to evaluate technical issues, develop solutions, and provide engineering recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Self-motivated and capable of delivering high-quality technical support in a remote work environment
