We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Electronic Commerce (E-commerce) Sales Coordinator to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our online sales initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination between marketing strategies, e-commerce platform management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and support the management of the company’s e-commerce platforms and storefronts, ensuring products, content, and promotional materials are up-to-date and user-friendly.
- Assist in developing and implementing SEO tactics to improve search visibility, traffic, and platform usability through content and keyword optimization.
- Create basic promotional materials and visual graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop) to support online campaigns.
- Coordinate with the team to execute and track online advertising initiatives across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and Google Analytics.




- Perform regular website content checks and basic updates to ensure smooth navigation and a high-quality user experience.
- Monitor e-commerce metrics and sales performance data, preparing reports to help identify growth opportunities.
- Support email marketing campaigns by preparing relevant content and managing mailing lists.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain consistent branding across all digital channels.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in e-commerce, sales coordination, or digital marketing support.
- Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms (such as Shopify or WordPress), Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising.
- Basic proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite).
- General understanding of web content management and basic HTML/CMS formatting principles.
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English to coordinate smoothly with colleagues and partners.

Pay: $32.00 per hour
