Altis Recruitment is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for a 3-month contract role. Work in a cooperative HR team, providing strategic HR support in a public sector context. This position reports to the Manager of Human Resources and is part of a five-member HR Business Partner team. You will act as an advisor to leaders and employees, managing employee relations and fostering a respectful workplace.
Your role will be pivotal in addressing complex HR issues and implementing solutions that enhance organizational culture. Provide guidance on employee relations and HR policies
- Coach managers on performance management practices
- Oversee attendance management and accommodation processes 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- CPHR designation is an asset Leverage your HR expertise to positively impact workplace culture in a mission-driven organization.
