Role Description The Endodontist Associate will provide comprehensive endodontic care, including diagnosis and treatment of pulpal and periapical diseases, non-surgical and surgical root canal therapy, retreatments, and related procedures. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing thorough clinical examinations, interpreting radiographs, developing treatment plans, and delivering care with a strong focus on patient comfort and safety. The role involves close collaboration with general dentists and other specialists, clear communication with patients about treatment options, and detailed documentation of clinical findings and procedures.
The Endodontist
Associate will also contribute to practice growth by maintaining strong relationships with referring providers and supporting a positive patient experience. This is a full-time, or part time, on-site role located in Oakville, Ontario, Canada. Qualifications
Licensed as an Endodontist in Ontario, Canada, with completion of an accredited specialty program in Endodontics.
Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, non-surgical and surgical endodontic treatment, retreatment, and pain management.
Proficiency in using modern endodontic technologies and techniques (e.g., operating microscope, digital radiography, rotary instrumentation, CBCT as applicable).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for interacting with patients, colleagues, and referring providers in a qualified manner.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, continuous learning, and adherence to all regulatory and infection control standards.
Ability to manage a full-time or part-time schedule, work efficiently in a team-based clinical environment, and maintain accurate, detailed clinical records.
Prior experience in a specialty or multi-provider practice setting is an asset; comfort treating diverse patient populations is highly valued.
