Your role focuses on delivering energy conservation programs and expertise. This full-time position involves working closely with commercial and industrial customers to enhance their energy efficiency. You will influence energy-saving decisions by providing insights, resources, and maintaining robust relationships while driving participation in rebate programs.

The objectives are to implement energy-saving measures that comply with FortisBC’s policies and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

- Familiarize customers with FortisBC’s energy solutions
- Influence decisions for energy projects and conservation




- Perform facility audits and suggest energy measures
- Implement DSM tracking for energy projects
- Collaborate actively with internal and external stakeholders Requirements:
- Four-year Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3 years in energy/technology roles with customer service
- CEM certification preferred or eligible
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
