Job Summary

We are seeking a Enforcement Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure setting for customers and employees. We're hiring for various retail/residential locations in the North York and the Toronto area.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security of premises
- Monitor surveillance equipment and alarms
- Respond to emergencies and incidents
- Enforce rules, regulations, and policies to prevent violations
- Provide assistance to customers and employees as needed
- Complete reports on incidents and suspicious activities

Qualifications:

- Valid security guard license issued by the Ontario Ministry of Community and Correctional Services. - Do not have a security license? We can help. Careers – VP Protection
- Valid First Aid and CPR certificate.
- Proven experience in security or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- Knowledge of loss prevention techniques




- Background in law enforcement is a plus
