Reporting to the VP, Engineering, the Engineering Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the engineering teams and providing leadership and coaching to support our development initiatives.

Lead and manage an engineering team delivering CRM product features and customer implementations on the Microsoft stack. Establish solid Agile and Scrum operating rhythms across planning, standups, backlog refinement, reviews, and retrospectives, and continuously improve how the team works. Set clear goals and expectations for the team, run effective 1:1s, provide timely feedback, conduct performance reviews, and create development and career growth plans.

Optimize how the team uses AI tools in daily work by establishing practical guidelines for productivity and quality, enabling training and adoption, and ensuring responsible use aligned with security and compliance requirements. 5+ years of proven experience managing and developing software engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and career development. ~ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering,



or equivalent practical experience. ~ A strong technical background with Microsoft Technologies, including C#, .NET, and Azure.
