- Own and update engineering execution plans and deliverables
- Ensure coordination of interdisciplinary design and fabrication tasks




- Communicate project status and manage change requests
- Lead cross-functional engineering sessions and reviews
- Identify and mitigate interface issues impacting projects Requirements:
- Degree in relevant engineering fields; P.Eng. status is preferred
- Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, with 2 in management
- Robust communication both written and verbal
- Experience with AI tools in practical engineering applications
