About The Role Entrance Attendants are responsible for checking in guests, scanning tickets, and managing first impressions. This role requires comfort using an iPad, attention to detail, and the ability to keep lines moving during busy periods. You are the gatekeeper of the event experience - accuracy, friendliness, and efficiency matter.

Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide a warm welcome

Scan tickets using iPads and ticketing software

Verify ticket dates, times, and quantities

Manage entry flow to prevent bottlenecks

Apply wristbands or stamps as required

Direct guests to entrances, event areas, and information points





Identify and escalate ticket issues to a manager

Answer basic guest questions (bathrooms, exits, VIP, timing)

Maintain cleanliness and organization at the entrance Requirements Must be 16+ (18+ preferred)

Comfortable using iPads or tablets

Robust attention to detail

Clear communication skills

Calm under pressure during peak times

Comfortable standing for long periods

Reliable transportation to and from the site

Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions

Must be available weekends Nice to Have Customer service or event experience

Experience using ticketing or POS systems

Bilingual (any language; asset, not required)
