About the Role

Are you looking to break into high-ticket sales, but lack direct experience? We believe in training our talent from the ground up, no experience needed.

We are seeking driven, resilient, and outgoing individuals to join our team as Field Canvassers. In this role, you will be the face of our company, generating leads and setting appointments in prospective neighbourhoods.

This isn't just a canvassing job; it's our Sales Apprenticeship Program. Prove your work ethic, master our communication process, and you’ll quickly advance into a full Sales Representative role with significantly higher earning potential.

The Career Progression Path

- Level 1: Canvasser / Lead Generator (Months 1–3)
- Learn the product, perfect your pitch, and generate qualified leads in the field.
- Goal: Hit lead targets consistently and demonstrate reliability.
- Level 2: Senior Canvasser / Setter (Months 3–6)
- Shadow closing reps, conduct initial pitch meetings, and run ride-alongs with new hires.
- Training and onboarding canvassers
- Managing the canvassing team
- Goal: Maintain consistent field metrics while training on full closing presentations.
- Level 3:



Full Sales Representative
- Close incoming leads, run full presentations, and manage high-value client accounts.
- Uncapped commission potential.

What You’ll Do

- Engage directly with homeowners to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Schedule qualified appointments for our senior sales team.
- Utilize mobile apps to track lead activity, map territories, and manage stats.
- Attend daily team huddles, sales training sessions, and pitch coaching.

What We’re Looking For

- Mindset: High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable talking to new people.
- Resilience: Strong grit and ability to handle rejection with a positive attitude.
- Communication: Clear, confident speaking skills.
- Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable working outdoors/on your feet.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, but not required!

Pay: $1,000.00-$2,500.00 per week
