Role Description The Esthetician is a full time, on-site position based in Mississauga, ON at Nardinis Salon, Spa & Medi-Spa. This role includes performing a range of esthetic services such as facials, body treatments, waxing, manicures and pedicures and other skin care services in accordance with spa and medi-spa protocols. The Esthetician will consult with clients to assess skin care needs, recommend appropriate treatments and products, and provide professional, courteous service throughout each appointment.

Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe treatment environment, preparing rooms and equipment,



managing appointment schedules, and documenting services provided. The Esthetician will also support retail product recommendations, collaborate with the broader salon and medi-spa team, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry standards and techniques.

Qualifications

Professional esthetic skills, including facials, body treatments, waxing, and general skin care services.

Knowledge of medical spa procedures and products, with experience in advanced skin treatments or laser hair removal considered an asset.

Strong client service, communication, and consultation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Attention to hygiene, safety, and infection control standards in all treatment and work areas.

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team of stylists, estheticians, and medical technicians.

Relevant esthetics diploma or certification from a recognized institution; additional training in medical esthetics is an advantage.

Comfort with working full-time on-site, including evenings and weekends as needed to meet client demand.

Previous experience in a salon, spa, or medi-spa environment preferred, with a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.
