Program Manager – Event Operations & Hospitality

? Duration: 11-Month Contract (through June 2027)

? Work Arrangement: Hybrid – 4–5 days/week onsite

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Program Manager to support the execution of a high-profile client hospitality and sponsorship program. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities, coordinating complex event logistics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

What You'll Do

- Manage multiple program and operational workstreams simultaneously.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and execution schedules.
- Coordinate hospitality events from planning through post-event reporting.
- Manage ticket requests, inventory, allocations, attendee tracking, and last-minute changes.
- Partner with internal teams, vendors, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
- Track budgets, project milestones, KPIs, and operational metrics.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, privacy standards, and operational processes.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Event Operations,



Hospitality, Marketing Operations, or a related field (recent graduates with relevant internships or project experience are encouraged to apply).
- Experience coordinating events, hospitality programs, sponsorships, or operational projects.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience working with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, Excel, or other tracking tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Preferred Background Experience in one or more of the following industries is an asset:
