Candidates must possess valuable executive experience working with diverse stakeholders, including governments and Indigenous communities. This position focuses on growth, community partnership building, and financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate ACT’s vision and mission effectively to stakeholders
- Develop and execute operational budgets and fundraising strategies
- Establish fruitful relationships with community partners and funders




- Support the development of staff and cooperative team culture
- Lead strategic initiatives to expand services into new territories Requirements:
- Experience in executive leadership or senior management
- Proven track record in fund development and financial management
- Deep understanding of human trafficking and advocacy
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
