The Executive

Director is the chief professional officer, responsible for leadership, management, and financial oversight of the Windsor Jewish community. With a robust emphasis on community relations and philanthropy, the ideal candidate will enhance local partnerships and inspire community involvement. This position requires a visionary leader to represent the organization locally and beyond. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic direction and professional leadership
- Oversee financial oversight and resource development




- Build relationships with community partners and government
- Supervise programmatic initiatives and staff management
- Develop and manage the organization’s operating budget Requirements:
- Minimum three years in a senior management role
- Proven fundraising expertise and organizational skills
