YOUR ROLE

As the manager of a legal team, you will oversee the department’s activities and advise senior management on strategic matters. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading all activities within the department;
- Driving organizational transformation through continuous improvement, modernization, and process optimization initiatives;
- Providing advice on legal matters and issues;
- Establishing priorities, assigning files,



and ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards;
- Maintaining a broad strategic vision for the department and its activities.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
- Proven experience of at least five years in management, particularly in managing professionals;
- Approximately ten years of legal practice experience in litigation, professional law, or disciplinary law;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive leadership style;
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset;
- Outstanding ability to manage priorities and oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
