We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and experienced Bartender to join and lead our bar team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong communication skills and a true passion for hospitality.
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving and guiding guests through a up-to-date yet comfortable dining experience, managing the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and ingredients, restocking as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or restaurant service is required.
- Strong cash handling skills with basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
