Responsibilities

- Lead the breakfast kitchen team, coordinating food preparation and ensuring timely service
- Prepare a variety of breakfast dishes with precision, creativity, and attention to detail
- Oversee food handling practices to maintain the highest standards of food safety and sanitation
- Ensure all meals are cooked to order, presented attractively, and meet quality expectations
- Supervise food service operations, including serving guests efficiently and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with health regulations




- Train and mentor team members on cooking techniques, food safety protocols, and customer service skills

Qualifications

- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong background in breakfast meal preparation and kitchen operations
- Excellent knowledge of food handling procedures, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
- Familiarity with serving techniques and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
