Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and energetic Experienced Excavator/Machine Operator to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will operate a variety of heavy equipment to support diverse construction projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and precision on every job site. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on experience will be vital in executing tasks that keep projects moving forward with momentum and excellence.

Responsibilities

- Operate excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and other heavy machinery with precision and safety.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist with site preparation, grading, paving, horizontal drilling, and other construction activities.
- Follow project plans and specifications to execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate equipment use and project timelines.
- Maintain detailed logs of equipment operation, maintenance activities, and site conditions.




- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements

- Proven experience operating excavators, dozers, loaders, backhoes, graders, and other heavy machinery in a construction setting.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on equipment such as Caterpillar models.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or equivalent for transporting equipment when necessary.
- Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques and paving operations is highly desirable.
- Ability to operate additional machinery including bulldozers (dozer), graders, and loaders confidently.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation.
- Prior experience working on construction sites with a focus on heavy equipment operation and site development.
