Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Tanning salon professional or sales expert to join our vibrant team! Duties

- Greet guests warmly and provide personalized consultations to recommend tanning options, skincare products, and additional beauty services
- Operate tanning beds and equipment safely while maintaining strict sanitation protocols to ensure a clean environment
- Promote and demonstrate products such as body waxing, makeup application, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair styling services to enhance guest satisfaction
- Upsell retail products and service packages by identifying guest needs and explaining benefits effectively
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in guests, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records




- Conduct product demos and educate clients on proper skincare routines to maximize results and promote repeat visits
- Ensure the salon adheres to all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Experience

- Proven experience working in a tanning salon or beauty/spa environment with a strong background in customer service and retail sales
- Familiarity with various beauty treatments such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, and hair styling is highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally
- Prior experience in front desk operations or hospitality settings is a plus
- Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures relevant to beauty salons and tanning facilities is essential
