Exterior Cleaning Technician – Seasonal Full-Time

AG Exterior Cleaning is looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to join our team for the remainder of the 2026 exterior-cleaning season.

This position will be full-time throughout September and October and continue into November until the exterior-cleaning season ends. There may also be an opportunity for part-time snow-removal work throughout the winter.

The work is physical, outdoors, and performed at residential and commercial properties throughout Central Alberta. Previous experience is helpful but not required—hands-on training will be provided.

Responsibilities

- Perform interior and exterior window cleaning
- Complete gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and soft washing
- Safely use ladders, water-fed poles, pressure-washing equipment, and other tools
- Load, unload, transport, and maintain equipment
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Work efficiently both independently and alongside a team
- Assist with part-time snow removal during winter, if available

Qualifications




- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding outdoor work
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds
- Reliable, punctual, and available for full-time hours
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Professional when working around customers and their properties
- Exterior cleaning or other physical labour experience is an asset, but not required

Schedule
- Typically Monday through Saturday
- Approximately 6–10 hours per day, depending on workload and weather
- Full-time during September and October
- Work continuing into November until the exterior-cleaning season ends
- Possible part-time and on-call snow-removal work during winter
