Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Previous experience in the food industry, especially in food service and hospitality, is highly valued.

Duties

- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food preparation and food handling as needed to support kitchen staff
- Ensure all health and safety standards, including food safety protocols, are strictly followed
- Explicit tables promptly and maintain cleanliness of dining areas throughout the shift
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues professionally
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently




- Maintain knowledge of menu items, daily specials, and beverage options to assist guests effectively

Qualifications

- Previous restaurant experience or background in the food industry preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, qualified demeanor
- Knowledge of serving techniques, food handling, and food safety regulations
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation
- Barista experience or hospitality background is a plus but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays or dishes comfortably
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
