Momentum Sports Partners is looking for a hands-on Facility Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our newest site in Kitchener-Waterloo.

You'll be the person who keeps everything running smoothly — from equipment and maintenance to scheduling and staff — while building robust relationships with the schools, vendors, and community groups we serve. If you're organized, proactive, and enjoy leading a team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Facility Operations

- Manage all facility operations, ensuring the safe and proper functioning of spaces, equipment, and assets.
- Arrange equipment repairs and order new equipment as needed, with management approval.
- Follow established guidelines and procedures for overseeing events.
- Track onsite inventory and supplies, and order as needed to keep the facility running smoothly.
- Create and maintain preventative maintenance schedules.
- Oversee event preparation, ensuring all equipment is properly set up and available for scheduled activities.
- Ensure daily facility maintenance is completed to standard.
- Handle dome up/down duties across all RMI Facilities.

Facility Administration

- Partner with the Regional Manager – Facilities and Sales to build and maintain schedules for all athletic and recreational activities,



resolving conflicts as they arise.
- Assist the League Manager, as needed, with the operation of adult soccer leagues at the facility.
- Respond promptly to all space requests.
- Build strong working relationships with staff, schools, vendors, visitors, and prospective customers.
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Staff Management

- Supervise and evaluate staff, enforcing facility employee policies and procedures.
- Hire, train, schedule, direct, evaluate, and discipline personnel.
- Monitor and follow up on staff performance and discipline as needed.
- Foster strong working relationships with staff, schools, vendors, and outside groups using the facilities.
