Duties

- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS and handle cash transactions efficiently, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and food preparation zones in compliance with food safety regulations.




- Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly while maintaining high service standards.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene at all times.

Requirements

- Previous food service experience or restaurant background would be an asset; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Understanding of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
