Field Sales Representative – Nutrifresh West Ltd

Nutrifresh has been serving customers across Canada for over 35 years, with established operations in Montreal, Calgary, and Vancouver. We specialize in supplying a diverse range of food products to retail and grocery customers, built on reliability, strong relationships, and consistent execution.

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable in the field, takes ownership of accounts, and is focused on driving real results.

What You’ll Do

- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of retail and grocery accounts
- Merchandise and maintain product presence at store level
- Prospect and acquire new customers within your territory
- Conduct regular in-person store visits across the Lower Mainland
- Build strong relationships with store owners and buyers
- Use CRM (Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, and activities
- Analyze sales performance and identify growth opportunities
- Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placements
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity





What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience in field sales (food industry preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven and able to manage territory independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Organized and disciplined with follow-ups and account management
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
- Punjabi/Hindi language skills are an asset

Important This is a field-intensive role. You will be expected to be on the road, visiting customers, and actively managing your territory. This is not a desk job.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
