I’m helping NUMMA Products & Services find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Field Service Representative .

You will ensure operational excellence by providing expert technical support and system solutions.

Compensation:

CAD 24 - 40/hour

- Bonuses (up to 10% of base compensation)

Responsibilities and more:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Troubleshoot and repair all products within the NUMMA - Business Group.
- Perform system and equipment installations, calibrations,



and preventative maintenance duties as required.
- Ensure customer uptime requirements are met.
- Ensure that PM work at assigned accounts is completed on time.
- Complete system configuration and testing prior to delivery.
- Provide technical solutions consultant and application support to the customer and the sales force.
- Resolve first line customer complaints and invoicing problems.
- Ensure vehicle service and maintenance requirements are met.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.

What You Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 3-year college diploma in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation Technology, and/or Computer Science.
- Experience in a technical support role, technical troubleshooting, or technical installation in the industrial electronics technology marketplace.
- The ability to lift, transport, and place test weights and equipment of up to 20 Kg.
- Ability to move equipment of up to 300 Kg in 20 Kg increments for testing purposes.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and car.
- Willing to work overtime.
- Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S.
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
